 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

1. About Us:
The Hearth Shop is operated by Hearth & Hobbies LLC, a business based in Effingham County, Georgia. We can be reached at hearthandhobbiesllc@gmail.com with any questions about an order, a product, or these Terms.

2. Products
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, including hobby kits and other items sourced through our wholesale partners. Colors, textures, and contents of natural or handmade materials (like dried florals or botanicals) may vary slightly from photos. Because many of our kits are sourced in limited quantities, availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

3. Orders & Payment
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, in the case of a pricing error or stock issue), and if we do, you'll be refunded in full.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on Georgia state and local rates.
  •  Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, 3-5 during Holiday season.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our hands, but we're happy to help track down a lost or delayed package.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
  • We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14/30 days of delivery. Please contact us first at [your contact email] to start a return.
  • Due to the nature of the materials, we are not able to accept returns on opened kits, used items, or items marked final sale (such as botanical or scrub products).
  •  If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a return is received and inspected.
6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including our name, logo, photography, and the text and design of *Come Home to Yourself* is the property of Hearth & Hobbies LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hearth & Hobbies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Effingham County, Georgia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
