Refund policy
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14/30 days of delivery. Please contact us first at hearthandhobbiesllc@gmail.com to start a return.
- Due to the nature of the materials, we are not able to accept returns on opened kits, used items, or items marked final sale (such as botanical or scrub products).
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a return is received and inspected.
