Shipping policy

We're away until Sat, Oct 24. Orders placed now will ship the week of Oct 26.
Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During busy seasons, it may take a little longer. We'll always let you know.

Delivery time
We ship with USPS. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after your order ships. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it's on its way.

Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and location.

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address, but if you spot a mistake right away, email us and we'll do our best to fix it.

Damaged or defective items
If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
